Volunteer in the Arts

In an effort to support the rich artistic culture of New Orleans, the YLC has a dedicated program focused on coordinating volunteers for arts-based events. The program is a win-win for the YLC as it allows young professionals who may not otherwise be able to afford admission to some of these events a chance to experience them as volunteers.

Volunteer Opportunities....

Volunteer in the Arts (VITA) is excited to support the local arts and cultural community and bring you the following volunteer opportunities for 2010:

WYES Chocolate Sunday Volunteer Opportunity is taking place Sunday, January 31 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the UNO Lakefront Arena. Volunteers are needed prior to the event for set-up and during the event. All volunteers will get to sample chocolate brought in by vendors! For more information or to sign up as a volunteer, please contact Joan Creson at jcreson@wyes.org.
