Zurich Financial Services Pledges 20 Bike Racks to New Orleans Schools Zurich Financial Services has been donating school supplies to the Young Leadership Council's (YLC) Teacher Assistance Network (TAN) project since 2006 after Hurricane Katrina's rising waters inundated the city of New Orleans.
Where Ya' Rack? holds committee meetings every month to discuss the project, its goals and future plans.
