The streets of New Orleans are a bit more colorful this year with the addition of some 80 replica streetcar sculptures designed and painted by local artists. The public art display,
A Streetcar Named Inspire, was created post-Hurricane Katrina to provide a tangible sign of hope and recovery to citizens and visitors of New Orleans.
